This place was just what we needed. We don’t usually do this type of Airbnb but it was perfect! Centrally located, quiet, private, large, exactly as described. Katrina was a great communicator and it was so easy to get in. I would absolutely stay here again and hope to in the Spring.

Great stay for my winter break. Room was comfortable. I can get to downtown through walking distance. I communicated remotely with the host my whole stay, but she was very helpful and responsive.

My wife Cara and I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments over the years, both in Portland and beyond. The Morrill Mansion Inn rates among our very best experiences. We had literally no issues whatsoever and left for home refreshed and happy about our short getaway weekend. Thanks!!

The location and the accommodations were great. One note is that if you are tall, the space may be a little cramped do to a slated ceiling. Regardless, it was perfect for a winter getaway.

The location is perfect for our needs, easy to walk to restaurants and close to Maine Health. Katrina has been a wonderful host each time we’ve been in the area; we always look for one of her properties when we’re in the area!

I was in town for a conference and this place was perfect. 3 minute walk to the conference hall at the holiday inn and right near a ton of local attractions and restaurants. The space was beautiful and quiet, I really enjoyed having a private entrance as well. Also parking!!! Hotels in the area are charging $40 dollars a day for valet so having a free off street parking spot was amazing. I would love to stay here again if I ever have the chance to come back to Portland!

Absolutely amazing stay at the Morrill Mansion. Room was large and beautifully decorated, the shared space was just the same. Katrina is a wonderful and responsive host and we had a wonderful time.

Katrina was a great host and her apartment was perfect for our stay. It was close to restaurants and cafes and the parking spot was a huge plus. Thank you again!
