I had a lovely stay at the inn! Katrina was so helpful and accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. I got to experience two rooms during my visit and both were well furnished, comfortable, and very clean. Mattresses are on the firm side, with stable bed frames and nice cotton linens. The location is great, felt safe, and is very walkable and close to so many things. Off street parking is extra nice. I definitely recommend for those who want the simplicity of a hotel room but the experience of being in a neighborhood.

I have developed a love of Portland over the last few years and I always come back to this spot to stay. Lately, it's feeling like a second home! It's cozy, comfortable, quiet, and beautifully styled. Even the smell of this room has become a welcoming hello every time I return - much like returning to a summer home after a long winter. This area is also so so safe feeling and walkable PLUS! there's a new LB Mini-Mart right nearby which is stocked with the absolute best health food goodies, to-go food, and has a smoothie + coffee bar. The best walkable addition to this already ideal spot. Cannot recommend enough!

Not much to say as I mostly was there just to sleep. Great place to stay for a great price. Beautiful view through the bay window, comfy bed and a cute bathroom. What more could you really want?

Fabulous location and we loved the private entrance (we stayed here before, but in a different room)! Parking was convenient, but we didn’t even need the car. The weather was nice for our stay and everything was walkable. Would highly recommend.

Katrina was a wonderful host. My daughter & I had a wonderful time in Portland. The space was perfect, clean, spacious & a convenient location. Katrina was very quick & responsive to my questions. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if I'm ever in the area. Thank you, Katrina!

This was a great spot for a night away! It felt very private and cozy, but very walkable to all the action downtown. I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend!

Katrina was a great host! She was very responsive and quick to respond to any message I sent. There was plenty to do in the area and there was even a guide that was left to the guests on what to do around town.

We had a lovely time staying here! The place was beautiful and clean and the other guests were very nice and respectful. Katrina was super helpful, we didn’t have to reach out once since all of our questions were already answered! A book was left with plenty of things to do in the area which was super helpful. The area is nice and quiet and is super beautiful! We would definitely stay again!!

We love staying at the Morrill Mansion! (we call it the Bean Mansion because of Morrill's connection to baked beans) It's the perfect location for a weekend in Portland. Walking distance of just about everything, lots of adorable cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, and a wuick 5 minute walk to the nearest Holy Donut. 😉 The space is beautiful. Lots of sunshine, super comfy bed, and beautiful architecture and decor. Katrina is a dream, very quick at communicating and all the details about the space and policies are very clearly laid out. When we want a quick weekend away we always check to see if the Bean Mansion is available first!
